Dr. Milton B. Kaplan attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received his doctorate of medicine. During this time, Dr. Kaplan completed an internship at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles and, after graduating, accepted a Residency in Dermatology, also at USC Medical Center. He began his medical career as a Major in the Army Medical Corps, serving as an Assistant in Dermatology at the Walter Reade Army Medical Center.
Dr. Kaplan is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Dermatopathology. For over 30 years, he has maintained his private practice as well as holding a clinical appointment at the Tarzana Regional Medical Center and a faculty appointment as USC School of Medicine as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. Dr. Kaplan also maintains memberships in the following professional societies: American Medical Association - California Medical Association - Los Angeles County Medical Association - American Academy of Dermatology - Pacific Dermatologic Association - Metropolitan Dermatological Society of Los Angeles - American Society for Dermatologic Surgery - International Society of Dermatopathology.
We offer a wide array of laser procedures, including laser hair removal, facial and leg vein removal (sclerotherapy), and IPL for facial rejuvenation, hair removal and facial veins. Our cosmetic dermatology services include BOTOX, RESTYLANE, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Radiesse and acne treatment. Our medical dermatology procedures include diagnosis and treatment of problems of the skin, hair, and nails treatment of acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis biopsy and removal of warts, moles, and skin cancers and routine skin checks and counseling on sun addition to our services, we also offer skin care products including MD Forte, Jan Marini and Prevage.
