Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is a 145-bed, not-for-profit, Joint Commission-accredited acute-care regional hospital located in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.
The Health Center is located on Route 16 and is located halfway between the cities of Mattoon (population 20,000) and Charleston (population 20,000).
We provide a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles County and the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes 145 providers representing 28 specialties.
