But even as we’ve grown from a neighborhood market to the number one producer of rice and tapioca pudding in the United States and Canada, we still make our puddings from simple ingredients. Like milk, eggs, sugar, rice and tapioca. And we still do it the same way, in one-kettle batches, with the simple recipes our fans know and love.
