Repair

We offer repair on most major brands of large household appliances. Brands such as; Frigidaire, Electrolux, Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Hotpoint, Jenn Air, Magic Chef, Crosley, Kitchenaid, Roper, Magic Chef and more. Appliances include but are not limited to; Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ice Makers, Freezers, Ranges, Ovens, Cooktops, Microhoods/Microwaves, and Garbage Disposals. Our basic service charge (also known as a diagnosis call) is $68. From there you will get a qoute with how much it would cost for parts and remaining labor to fix the appliance. (The $68 is applied within the total labor cost)

Used Appliances

We offer a variety of used appliances that all come with a 6 month warranty covering parts AND labor. We generally have a decent selection of washers and dryers, both individual as well as matched sets. We also commonly have electric ranges and refrigerators in stock, too.

New Appliances

Krohns now sells new appliances again! The brands we are able to offer are Amana, Danby, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, and Crosley (which is made by Whirlpool or Frigidaire.) Stop by and see our selection, and if we don't have it, we can certainly order it!

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Did you know dryer vent fires are more common than chimney fires? Flammable lint, dirt, and dust accumulate rapidly inside the dryer vent (the lint screen does not catch all of it). Over 15,000 dryer vent fires occur each year. There dryer fires result in approximately 20 deaths, 370 injuries, and over $75 million in property damage annually. We offer an extensive Dryer Vent Cleaning service that involves scrubbing out your entire vent. You should have your venting cleaned every 6 to 18 months depending on how often you use your dryer and the length of your vent.

Furnace Duct Cleaning

Not something people usually think about, but when is the last time your ducts were cleaned? The dirtier they are, the more dust, dander, and other allergens could be circling around your home! Call us today for a free quote, we will come out with a camera and you can see for yourself if your ducts are in need of a cleaning!

Other Services

We also offer parts sales for the do it yourselvers out there for most major brands. We either have the parts in stock, or can order them. Generally parts come in within 1-2 business days, with the exception of special and/or factory orders.

We can deliver your new/used appliances for you, delivery also includes hauling away of the old appliances. If you have old appliances you no longer want we can haul them away for you, or you can bring them in. We offer free recycling of old appliances. Delivery/Hauling away fees vary by location. It starts at $30 for the Newberg/Dundee area.

We offer installation of appliances. Prices vary based upon appliances.

Our technicians are also factory certified to do warranty work for Frigidaire/Electrolux appliances.
