A free international virtual symposium on: "Supporting the sons & daughters of foster parents" will take place FEBRUARY 20, 2017 from 9AM - 5PM EST. For more information and to register http://sharingsupports.com/ There will be 16 presentations from incredible speakers from all over the world. Talks will include information about experiences of foster families, research about the children of foster parents, examples of evidence-informed supports/tools to use with foster families, and ideas about policy initiatives. Both the children of foster parents and children of kinship parents are explored.
