We confess Jesus Christ as Lord and subscribe to the doctrinal statement, Baptist Faith and Message. We have historically identified with the Southern Baptist Convention. We affiliate with the Baptist General Convention of Texas, the Grayson Baptist Association, and the Pottsboro Ministerial Alliance. We are evangelical in nature and strive to be true to the scriptures in our faith and practice. We boldly proclaim the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ and actively seek to minister to those in need. We are governed under the Lordship of Jesus Christ through the work of our staff, trustees, deacons, committees, and members. Through regular Church Conferences we meet to discuss and decide the business of the church.
