Flying Colors of Success, Inc. ( ) is about people. Founded by the Kennedy-Krieger Institute in 1991, was established as an independent private, tax exempt [501(c) (3)] organization, to provide community-based residential supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Initially, responded by meeting the needs of adults who were returning to their home communities after years spent in large State-operated institutions. Today, Flying Colors provides community-based residential and day supports to people with diverse backgrounds, many of whom have been born and raised in and around Carroll County, Maryland.
