The pastry chef that runs our small family operation is Janina Turziak. She has been baking cakes, pastries and making wedding cakes for over 20 years. She was trained as a pastry chef in Poland and has spent the last 15 years working at a French bakery in Baltimore. She's really into cakes so stop in and talk to her about mousses, ganaches, creampuffs and mousseline buttercream (trust me, it's good!).
