To retreive your vehicle or belongings from our impound lot, please call at least 1 hour prior to your arrival so we can have the vehicle and peperwork ready. Failure to do so may result in longer wait times for you in our waiting room. Vehicle and belongings are to be released to the registered owner only.
To retrieve a vehicle for salvage or repair pick up, we require at least one day (24 hours) notice prior to pick up. This ensures that we can have the vehicle accessible for your truck. Failure to do so may result in longer wait times for you in our waiting room.

Storage lot hours are available Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) and Weekends (11:00 am to 2:00 pm) After hour services are available for a fee, call for information.
