Sonora School of Sewing & Apparel Construction provides hands on technical and vocational training in sewing and construction techniques.
The school presently offers classes to Juniors, aged 6 – 10yrs, Youth – aged 10 – 18 yrs and adults. Classes offered range from beginner and intermediate six week courses to workshops, technical intensives and private lessons.
Sonora School Of Sewing classes are small and structured to support students working at their own pace. Youth and adult students may choose a preferred project or pick from the many patterns offered through the school. Many of our students choose to work with a project of choice, defining the areas they would most like to receive instruction in.
