The Trading Post was established by Will and Lisa Olds, owners and operators of the Calusa Queen Eco-Tours and Sunset Cruises. After two seasons of cruises with local residents and visitors to the area, they noticed a need for fresh, convenient food without a lengthy drive.
Their vision is simple: a new take on the traditional Trading Post with fresh, local goods by local people.
Homemade is the motto at the Trading Post, and some of the items they carry include a premium deli, fresh, ready-made meals, hand-dipped ice cream, treats, snacks, and other odds-and-ends.
