Cowboys Against Cancer® was established in 1994 by Margaret Parry to raise funds for disbursement to Sweetwater County residents diagnosed with cancer. The funds are granted to assist with expenses that result from travel between Sweetwater County and other areas for medical treatment.
Since its inception, Cowboys Against Cancer® has given out grants to serve thousands of local cancer patients.
Cowboys Against Cancer® is a non-profit, all volunteer organization. There are no paid staff members, no office space, and very little overhead. As such, we're always seeking volunteers and contributions.
If you'd like to help, please contact us! Nearly all money raised directly benefits Sweetwater County residents. Additionally, Cowboys Against Cancer® has received awards from several national organizations for our contribution to their community.
