Sierra Engineering Co, Inc. was founded in 1969 by Bob Lindberg Sr & his wife Leora. His son, Bob Jr, and his family are keeping the business alive since Bob Sr's passing. Bob's son Eric, grandson Bailey and 2 others, Harry and his brother Shane, work in the shop. Harry and Shane have been working here for over 20 years each! Bob's wife Susan and daughter in law Kristen run the office. We have a loyal packager, Lora (Harry's daughter), who has been packaging our parts for the last 8 years. We all work together very well and consider ALL employees a part of the family.
