If you are a local school or sports team looking to take your team to the next level, then CrossFit Warpath is the place to come! Owner/coach Matt Galley played football for Florida State University and his wife Erin competed in track and field for FSU as well. Coach Tom Sherwood is USAW certified and was a national level lifter. Having experience at high levels in a sport is good, but our coaches have coached several years of high school/college sports as well, which allows us to understand the most effective ways to get the most out of your young athletes.
