Appointments Please contact our office by phone or email if you would like to make an appointment. Our office is experienced in handling emergency calls as well as regular scheduled appointments. We strive to accomodate "walk-ins" as quickly as possible while always giving priority to patients with appointments. We also pride ourselves on the ability to offer same day appointments. We are always available and especially welcome new patients seeking help.
Office Hours are: Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm, and Friday and Saturday 8am to 12pm. We are also able to accomodate earlier or later appointments when required.
Spoken Languages Muy poquito Espanol, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English.
Financial We are happy to submit insurance forms for you to help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do what we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by our office are cash, check, major credit or debit card, Care Credit, as well as Healthcare Payment Solutions monthly payment plans.
Cancellation If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice so we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
