Smithsburg Emergency Medical Services is staffed with at least one crew (Paramedic and EMT) 24/7/365 through a combination of career and volunteer responders. Additional crews are provided by volunteer staff, who often respond to the station from home.
We currently respond on over 1,200 emergencies each year with the following fleet:
