Established in 2001 by Kansas City, MO natives Marry Ann and Tracy Webb, The Rib House has made it's mark (more specifically it's BBQ mark!) in Longmont and Boulder, Colorado. We have been voted the Official Best of Rib House Colorado 2011 and we were the 2009 Readers' Choice Best of the Best. Our food is authentic Kansas City Style BBQ where you can choose just the right amount of sauce and we are very well known for Tracy's Illegal Pork Babyback Ribs.
