Lost people matter to God. Excellence honors Christ and captures the attention of non-churched people. God receives honor when men and women use their gifts in personal and corporate worship. Shepherding is biblical relationships. Relationships develop best in groups. Ministry must be doctrinally pure and relevant in our generation.
