Center on Independent Living (COIL) is a nonprofit organization that helps persons with disabilities and elderly achieve or maintain their independence in the community. We have a seasoned team that goes above and beyond to help people achieve their goal of independence. COIL has been actively achieving that goal since 1985 and has assisted more than 1900 people with disabilities and the elderly.
