With rent you will get up lighting and two lit trees in the entryway, skirting and lighting of the guestbook, head table and cake table and skirting on your gift and food tables as well. Choices between two different head tables and cake tables and your choice between four different backdrops for the tables. You are allowed to come in on Friday to do your decorating; I will have everything set up for you along with your choice of black, white or ivory linens on the tables. All of the staff (food, bar, and security) are included in the rent. We also offer to do a brunch on Sunday morning at no additional rent to you, the only cost would be the cost of the food.
