Since 1995,CCOA, Inc. has been a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the financial stress in your life through free credit & housing counseling, free seminars, credit report reviews and a Debt Management Program that can reduce interest rates, stop late fees, and stop collection calls.

Credit Counseling is available in-office, by telephone, and online.

CCOA offers free education and seminars to the community as well as free budget and credit counseling. CCOA also offer bankruptcy counseling and education, housing counseling, mortgage delinquency counseling, reverse mortgage counseling and credit report reviews.

CCOA has clients throughout the country. With just one phone call or click, you can increase your financial knowledge and financial fitness.

CCOA is authorized to conduct credit counseling in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

The following practices govern our efforts to maintain your privacy:

 From you, on our applications or other forms that you provide, such as your name,

 From your transactions with us, your creditors, and others, such as your account
balances, payment history, parties to transactions and credit card usage.

to nonpublic personal information about you is restricted to those employees who need the
information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

data sheets are disposed of (shredded) if there is no follow-up contact after approximately six months. Electronic records of appointment dates and counseling notes are maintained electronically, and are not purged.
