For the past 39 years, the professional staff of Southern Flair Photography has been providing unparalleled service and outstanding photography in the North Texas area.

A family owned and operated professional photography studio, Southern Flair resides in a 4,200 sq. ft. state-of-the-art building on one acre of land in the heart of the Metroplex.

One of Southern Flair's unique offerings is its exclusive outdoor portrait garden, which features over 20 different settings for portraiture.

Southern Flair features fine portraiture of children, families, high school seniors, couples, and bridals. We have also photographed well over 3,800 weddings.

Additionally, Southern Flair provides corporate and commercial photography services to business of all sizes. Some of these clients include NEC, Kroger, Heinz, Beltone, NextLink USA, ClubCorp, Merrill Lynch, and Hilton Hotels.

Portrait Session Policies:
1) Portrait Sessions are REQUIRED to do a Portrait Consultation before the session is booked. That way we can discuss your portrait needs, clothing ideas, location choices. We can also go over products that can be ordered. The actual session then can be booked for another day at this consultation. We have found this consultation to be very helpful for both you and us.

*2) If a portrait session is booked outside of our normal business hours (9am-6pm Tuesday-Friday & 9am-2pm on Saturdays) on a regular business day, a $300 Retainer is due to put the session on our calendar. This retainer then will be used towards your portrait order. It only took a few sessions "standing us up" for us to realize this policy needs to be done. Our time is precious outside of normal business hours. Time when we could be spending with family & friends, running errands, or just relaxing from a busy day. When a session does not show, that is lost time.
For example, if you want an outside session at 7:30pm on a Friday or a 4pm session on a Saturday then $300 will be required. If your session starts at 5:30pm on a Friday, no retainer is needed.

3) Any Portrait Sessions that take place on a Sunday, Monday or Holiday will REQUIRE a $500-$1000 minimum Portrait Order and will need to be paid upfront at the time of the session being put onto our calendar. Each session (kid, family, bridal, engagement, high school senior) minimum is different. Please ask at the Portrait Consultation what the minimum portrait order will be.
