As homeowners ourselves, we experienced our fair share of contractors and handymen over the years. We saw first-hand the failure to return our phone calls, show up for appointments, and perform follow-up communications . . . an overall poor customer experience. We observed a tremendous deficiency in this industry and an opportunity to start a company that could both perform quality work AND provide a positive customer experience before, during, and after the project.

With well over 30 combined years of consulting and project management expertise, years of weekend warrior remodeling of all shapes and sizes, and 3 personally-built additions to our own home, in 2002, we formed Deep Run a few simple goals in mind:

* Be responsive to customers – call them back, keep appointments, keep them updated on progress
* Provide unparalleled customer service, regardless of the size of the project
* Identify and retain key personnel who share the same focus on both end product and overall customer experience

* We treat our customers the same regardless of neighborhood they live in or budget for their project.
* We price projects using the same methodology regardless of perceived value of work, neighborhood they live in, or money they wish to spend.
* We believe in family. As such, we promote 5-day work weeks and encourage our staff to spend time outside of construction with their families and friends on weekends.
* We respect the lifestyle of our customers. We will make every effort to minimize the disruption to your family as undertake your project.
* We believe that our employees and subcontractors ultimately control our destiny. We cannot succeed without them. Regardless of management beliefs, if not implemented or followed by our staff, we are no better than our competition.

Our Commitment to You
We want our customers to be satisfied. Period. With that, all Deep Run Renovations work is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for twelve months from the end of the project. Should any defect or deficiency be observed, simply call the office and an appointment will be made to review the work and get it corrected. If our project concludes without an unsolicited offer from the customer to refer business our way we have failed. We want your business but your neighbor’s as well!

We are a Class A Licensed firm with both General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. Our core values and competencies in project management, attention to detail, and integrity offer a refreshing change from the standard fare of firms in this industry.
