Chagrin Safety Supply, Inc (CSS) was originally founded in response to the HIV crisis just after CDC and OSHA passed universal precautions for blood-borne pathogens requiring all heath-care workers to don protective gloves. In January, 1988, CSS began importing latex exam gloves by the container load to help meet this unprecedented demand. Our product lines soon grew to include other disposable personal protective products such as masks and gowns.
Today Chagrin Safety has served hundreds of local, state and other governmental agencies as well as companies and individuals in need of personal protection equipment (PPE).
