Audiologist Dr. Lancaster has been practicing 2001 working with both children and adults. He is licensed in the state of Tennessee and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Before becoming the new owner of Hearing Aid and Audiology Services, he served as the Director of Audiology and Industrial Services for the Speech and Hearing Center in Chattanooga, TN. He has extensive training in hearing diagnostics and hearing aid technology. As the Director of Industrial Audiology Services he oversaw all services including hearing testing by all industrial hearing technicians, audiogram review, work related hearing evaluations, and meetings with OSHA agents over compliance issues. He is a native of middle Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis, a Master of Arts from the University of Tennessee in Audiology, and a Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. He is inspired by his cousin’s own experience with hearing loss and treats his patients like family. He now lives in Murfreesboro with his wife Kathy and two daughters Caroline and Autumn.
Aleta Tuma, , CCC-A (Retired) During her 40 Years of experience in Hearing Healthcare, Aleta Gamewell Tuma, MS, CCC-A, F-AAA, has recieved the Recognition Award by the Hearing Foundation for her dedicated service of providing the gift of better hearing to persons in need.

• A lifetime resident of Rutherford County. • The owner of Cedar Springs Farm which is a Tennessee Century family for over one hundred years. Today, Aleta's farm focuses on cattle production. • A graduate of University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in Special Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. • A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Masters degree in Audiology. • A fellow in the American Academy of Audiology. • A member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. • A community volunteer member of the Charity Circle of Murfreesboro. • Hear-in-America Provider for the Middle Tennessee Retired Teachers. • Member of the Better Business Bureau.
