Rybak was started by Richard Rybak and Debbie Menden-Rybak in 2004 in New Prague, MN. By 2008 there were two additional offices (Blaine and Burnsville). 2008 also marked the year that Rybak Brothers was accepted as a certified Master Elite Contractor, an honor that is reserved for only the top 3% of contractors. 2009 marked yet another accomplishment for Rybak Brothers Construction, as it was the year the company won its first excellence award. In 2010 Rybak Brothers Construction opened another office in New Ulm, MN. 2011 marked yet another excellence award, and the introduction of a catastrophe response team that has been developing relationship with A+ rated, certified, and reputable contractors around the country. We work with companies such as Mike Sikora’s Dayton Home Improvement (Dayton, OH), Probuilt Restoration (St. Louis, MO and Kansas City, KS), and Houston Home Roofing (Houston, TX) amongst others to develop lasting relationships and help homeowners that have been the victims of catastrophic storms. And, although 2012 is still very young, we have been accepted into the 3C’s network, and received an excellence award for training and the annual wealth builder conference (for Master Elite Contractors).
