Welcome to the NCADV Facebook page. You have demonstrated that you are interested in taking a stand against domestic violence and would like to join others in discussing and sharing information to work to address and prevent domestic violence. We are happy you are here and look forward to your participation.

We encourage open, honest, respectful and energetic posts and discussions; however, we have zero tolerance for abuse. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove, block, or "hide" posts or posters that we deem abusive or inappropriate.

As we have zero tolerance for domestic violence, we also strongly condemn racism, homophobia, sexism, and all "isms" that marginalize women, children, and men as human beings.

Our page is a victim/survivor-centered space. We are not always able to prevent sensitive materials from being posted.

We ask that if you post anything that you believe might trigger a strong emotion, that you provide a "trigger warning." This allows the reader and opportunity to make a choice to review/read and/or prepare for reaction.

Requests for promotional items, activities, and event participation should be sent to mainoffice@ NCADV is not able to provide funds or support projects, which often means that we cannot meet requests for event participating and/or other types of activities.
