Olson Machining, Inc. is a make to order machine job shop. We are experts in precision machining with a strong focus on professional and responsive customer service. Our long customer relationships are a result of exceptional quality and competitive pricing in today’s demanding business environment. Since our operating philosophy is to have no one customer more than 20% of our total business, we continue to seek out new customers that are looking for great suppliers and long-term relationships. We divide our shop into two components; “JOB SHOP” and “PRODUCTION”.

The “JOB SHOP” is set up for smaller quantity runs and parts that will repeat over time. We excel in the more complex, intricate parts yet offer great values through our expertise and efficiency. Our friendly customer service department will help in tracking “HOT” orders. We try and turn quotes around in 48 hours and on repeat orders we can give you pricing over the phone to get the order placed. Perfect for the spare parts industry or low production components.

The “PRODUCTION” side of our business is directed toward higher volume runs and/or repeat work (monthly shipments) from 250 to 250000 pieces. Our state-of-the-art robotic equipment is designed for maximum through put. Our processes are dedicated to continued improvement with plans to reduce or maintain pricing year after year.

Whether Job Shop or Production parts, all parts go through our quality systems and are shipped deburred, preserved and packaged to prevent shipping and handling damage. We take great pride in our workmanship and great steps to exceed our customer expectations.
