DC Military Tours is a veteran owned and operated company. All tour operators have prior military experience and in depth knowledge of Military History as it pertains to the National Capital Region. Unlike other companies, DC Military Tours offers small sized group tours of military sites in the National Capital Region. This is not a tour bus! Group size never exceeds five people. Small group size allows the customers time and space to enjoy each of the sites on their selected tour. Many of the sites that we offer for visits are not available with other tour companies. We deliver a positive experience through our in-depth knowledge, established relationships and ability to access military sites of interest in a timely manner. We came up with the idea for our business by observing that many military sites in DC are assumed to be "off limits" and that many of our competitors rush their customers through and past points of interest by herding them onto large capacity vans or buses while offering a bagged lunch. We recognized an opportunity to give specialized insight into the dozens of military sites in the National Capital Region and becoming the experts on them.
