Hi, Colorado folks, due to the forecasted snow and cold tomorrow, we have some delays in our PACE centers tomorrow, May 19: • Pueblo and Loveland will be open on a limited basis. Initial clinic appointments for newly enrolled participants will continue. Other participants, who have been contacted, will also be brought to the centers via InnovAge transportation. Participants who live in an assisted-living facility, skilled-nursing facility or primary care behavioral health center will come to the center for scheduled, emergency or specialty appointments. Transportation has been arranged for this group. Select outside appointments and currently scheduled doctor, dialysis and home care appointments will continue as usual. • Denver Metro (Denver, Aurora, Thornton, Lakewood): These centers will operate on a reduced census.
