Time for TIP #2-Regular oil changes are very important for the life of your vehicle and most of us know that but oil changes differ depending on the type of oil you use. When using regular oil you should not go longer than 3000 to 4000 miles between oil changes. Synthetic oil is different. You can go up to 7500 miles before an oil change but it is important to check your oil level on a regular basis. You should never allow your oil level to go below recommend area shown on the dip stick. Remember, the oil light on your dashboard is not a warning to add oil. If that light comes on it is often too late for your car. The damage has been done. So be sure to check or have your oil level checked twice a week and do regular oil changes to keep your car going strong. Be sure to share these tips with your friends... Thanks and have a blessed and safe summer!
