Here we go again............ Tuesday July 26, 2017. One Block Wonder class 10:30 am til 3:00 pm. Need some students. Last week we had a Blooming 9 Patch class that was excellent. Consider spending a day learning to make a Wonderful quilt. For ideas and inspiration go to Pinterest and search One Blocks Wonder quilts. You will be amazed what six repeats of one fabric can make. Sign up at the shop or call on Monday. These are a few that resulted from my last class a few months ago. Let's see who's in!

Very interesting story.
Queen Liliuokalani, Hawaii's last monarch, ca. 1891.The fact that women have been using quilts as a medium of protest and political statement for centuries is hardly a revelation. What is unusual, however, is when it is a queen who makes such a quilt.
