The Brainerd Lakes Area has a wealth of resources, but families and those assisting families are not always sure how to access these services. Several years ago, the community decided to do something about that. Parents, youth, clergy, educators, and social service & mental health professionals came together to design a system of better access to services for families; and in the spring of 2002, Bridges of Hope (BoH) was founded.
