Although I’ve lived in California since the early 1970’s, I hail originally from Chicago Illinois and Villanova Pennsylvania.
I’ve lived in Santa Monica since 1989.
I own two properties in Santa Monica and am, thus, a Santa Monica Property Taxpayer (I feel your pain).

I began with Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage in the early 1980’s, and with Residential Brokerage in the early 1990’s. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 1997.
