Plumbing Doctor LLC

Plumbing Doctor LLC is a family owned & operated complete plumbing service established in 1987. We serve the Wichita, KS metropolitan area including western Butler County, Eastern Sedgwick County, and Northern Cowley County. We provide residential repair and new construction plumbing services including faucet, toilet, water heater, well pump, sewer, septic, gas, and water piping installation, service and repair. We also provide minor contracting and electrical service and repair within Butler County.

Mike Leis, owner and operator, has over 40 years experience in the plumbing and construction industry. Mike is a licensed Master Plumber, and is certified in Public Water and Waste Water systems.

Louise Leis, Mike's wife, has been with Plumbing Doctor since the beginning, and serves as the office manager. Louise received a degree in bookkeeping and accounting from the Professional Career Development Institute in 1999.

Chris Gray, Mike's brother-in-law, has over 15 years experience in the plumbing industry. Chris is a licensed Journeyman Plumber and is certified in Public Water and Waste Water systems.

Kevin Leis, Mike's son, started plumbing with Mike as a child and has over 15 years experience working as a plumber in both part time and full time capacities. Kevin is also a licensed Master Plumbing, and Journeyman Electrician. Kevin also serves as the IT Coordinator for us.

John Sommerhauser, Mike's God Son, has over 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry. John is an apprentice plumber.

Shelly Long, Mike's daughter, serves as the administrative assistant in charge of accounts receivable. Shelly has been with us for the last 4+ years.

Stew Firebaugh, Family friend (Kevin's long lost brother. j/k), has over 3 years experience in the plumbing industry as an apprentice plumber. Stew has recently completed plumbing code school and is preparing for his upcoming journeyman licensing exam at the end of March 2017.
