Spa Etiquette
Arrival and Attire
Dress comfortably. Please arrive a minimum of minute prior to your service time. Upon arrival, you will receive a luxurious robe and sandals to wear during your visit. Our Therapists are well trained in draping technique to ensure your comfort and modesty during treatments.
Children
For anyone under the age of 18 receiving services, a signed parental consent form is required. They must be accompanied throughout their services. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to be in treatment areas or the meditation area.
Gratuity
A 15-20% gratuity for exceptional service is customary and greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel any scheduled treatment and 48 hours for packages and group functions. A 50% cancellation charge will be applied in the absence of adequate notice. A no show will be charged 100% of service.
Medical Notice
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, have iodine allergies, high or low blood pressure, are using any prescriptions, or have undergone surgery within the last six weeks please notify our spa staff and we will aid you in selecting appropriate treatments.
