Since 1991, Elkins Physical Therapy Service has proudly served Elkins and the surrounding region with quality physical therapy. Our commitment remains quality one on one care, exceptional service, convenient access, prompt treatment, and a comfortable atmosphere.
We are a private outpatient physical therapy clinic, fully staffed and equipped to handle any ambulatory physical therapy needs. Specialties include: sports related injuries; neck and back injuries; work related injuries; hand injuries; sprains; strains; fractures; joint replacement; tendonitis; arthritis; stroke; traumatic brain injury; spinal cord injury; vestibular therapy; and pediatrics.
We accept most if not all local insurance providers. We also accept motor vehicle accident and workers compensation cases. Cash for service and extended payment plans are available.
The Fitness Center
Elkins Physical Therapy Service offers a state of the art 1500 square foot gym and therapeutic pool. Equipped with free weights, cables, cardio machines, full quantum exercise circuit, and therapeutic current pool.
Fitness Center Hours Open: 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday Fees: $30 per month (2 month minimum when first joining) $300 per year if paid in full. $10 per week $5 per day
