If you need to use an artificial sweetener, use Stevia, known as sweet leaf. It a plant grown in nature. There is a new soa called Zevia, that just came out in a variety of flavors. Nutisweet, Phenellaline, and Aspartame are all the same thing and were originally discovered from a sweet taste coming from fertilizer! Think twice before comsuming anything with these names attatched to them! Slenda, claimed a more natural choice, is made from chlorinated sugar, which changes the chemical stuctucte of the sugar. Then they add Askufilame-K to make it taste better (whatever that is!) I think I would stick with Stevia!

How does Acupuncture work? 1) Acupuncture sets off a series of chemical reactions in your brain, that transmits messages to go to the site of a needle insertion. Just like the series of reactions that take place in your brain, when you sustain an injury of some type. The brain"s signals try to go about repairing and protecting the site affected. 2) When an Injury of some type occurs, the brain sends in inflammatories to protect the site affected. Some times the signal gets mixed up and does not know when it should go away. Acupuncture creates a strong anti-inflammatory reaction when the needles are inserted. It causes ahistamine response. Sometimes there is a red circle around the needle. That is histamine release. That's a good thing! 3) Acupucture performs a balancing act when a needle is inserted. If there is blockage, it helps break it up, if there is too much energy causing anger, headaches, hypertention, etc., Acupuncture can assist in slowing things down. Likewise, if things are sluggish, such as dizziness, low energy, Acupuncture can help speed things up!
