The BJ’s Wholesale Club Facebook Page is a community for our Members to actively engage with BJ’s Wholesale Club and each other. We want this to be a family-friendly page that is helpful and informative to our Members and potential Members. We reserve the right to delete content, such as comments or images, that does not benefit our Members or contains inappropriate language, is violent, obscene, profane, explicit, defamatory or discriminatory or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion. Posts containing any of the following types of content will be removed:

• Obscenities, discriminatory language or language that incites violence or qualifies as “hate speech” as well as any other language not suitable for a public forum
• Advertisements, “spam” content, phishing content or references to other products, offers or websites
• Any content or materials that you do not own or for which you have not secured all necessary rights.
• Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
• Derogatory, defamatory, bullying, threatening, harassing or abusive comments of any kind
• Material that may violate any law, regulation or the intellectual property or privacy rights of another

If you post content to BJ’s Wholesale Club page you are agreeing (a) that BJ’s Wholesale Club may freely use, reuse, edit or modify the content, including any ideas or suggestions you may make, with or without attribution to you, wherever and however we see fit and (b) that you have permission to post content on these terms, including securing permission(s) from any other people who might have created or be depicted or referred to within the content.
