My name is Ellyn Hutton and my spiritual name is Mukta Kaur, meaning one who is liberated. I am on a journey of wellness and the owner and founder of Wellness Within by Ellyn, LLC. My goal is to support others in their journey towards a fulfilled and prosperous life as I support my own health and well-being. I am certified in Holistic Nursing, Kundalini Yoga and Massage Therapy. I studied Mind/Body Medicine at Saybrook University where I learned biofeedback, coaching and other mind/body skills. I have been teaching yoga for over ten years. I also have a specialty in working with pregnant women through yoga and massage.
