The Performance Academy focuses on functional, practical training to help you reach your potential. Our model is a comprehensive approach which focuses on core areas of: speed, agility, strength, power, explosiveness, acceleration, and flexibility. By addressing these areas in a thorough, systematic fashion, you will improve your athleticism, reduce risk of injury, and improve sports-specific performance.
