Eagle’s Nest Worship Center is a church birthed out of a God-given vision to Pastor James K. Hart. This vision came to reality through a church plant in Northwest Omaha in October of 1992 with the help of Dr. Maurice J. Hart and Pathway of Light Cathedral. Eagle’s Nest first opened its doors in a single bay within a small shopping mall at 90th & Maple. With its humble beginnings, God began to move. Pastor Hart had to begin having multiple services. Eagle’s Nest purchased a 30,000 square foot building in March of 2002 at 5775 Sorensen Parkway, one mile east of Immanuel Hospital, and completely renovated it. The building is the current home for Eagle’s Nest. By God’s grace and design, Eagle’s Nest remains one of the most culturally diverse churches in the city of Omaha whose body of believers continue to grow both numerically and spiritually all while continuing to impact Omaha for the glory of God.
