Official Contest Rules
1. ELIGIBILITY. This contest, Contact Info Update offered by the Garrett State Bank is governed by these “Official Rules”. The contest is open to residents age 18 or older at the time of entry. “No purchase necessary”. Employees, directors, officers and their families are not eligible to participate. Upon entering this contest, entrants agree to waive any rights their state of residences may provide in regard to contests. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the contest, an entrant can email jcarroll@ or come in to any Garrett State Bank offices. PRIVACY POLICY. The information submitted with your entry will only be used by the Garrett State Bank, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy of the Garrett State Bank, for the purposes of administrating your participation in the Contest. Garrett State Bank will not transfer or disclose the information submitted by you to any third parties. We value your participation and we promise to keep your information private and not sell to another 3rd party.
3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY. By submitting an entry or accepting a prize, Entrants represent and warrant that all entries submitted by the Entrant are the original creation of the entrant, have not been copied in whole or in part from any other work, do not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any third party, and are the sole and exclusive property of the Entrant. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible submissions. Participants waive any and all claims of liability against the Garrett State Bank and all respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the use of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Entrant ensures that all information submitted is correct to the best of their knowledge and is not forged in anyway.
4. PRIZE WINNINGS AND ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner must be able to produce proper identification to claim prize. Winner is responsible for all taxes, insurance, title and additional fees. No cash or substitute prize will be awarded in lieu of the advertised prize. Prizes are non-transferable. If the winner cannot accept the prize as offered, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or does not claim prize within 30 days, the winner shall forfeit the prize and the prize becomes the property of the Garrett State Bank. Prizes are to be claimed at the Garrett State Bank during normal business hours.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Rules are subject to change and can change without prior notification. Decisions of the judges overseeing the contest are final. Winners and contestants consent to allow the Garrett State Bank to use their name/picture for promotional advertisements whether on-line or through other methods of marketing and agree to no further compensation.
