GCI has performed work on heavy civil projects for many of the municipalities, government agencies, special improvement districts, and conservancy districts within the State of Utah. These time sensitive projects have been constructed in extreme conditions and environmentally sensitive areas. GCI believes in the partnering process and strives to provide a quality product on time and within budget.
