Simply Hear

Dr. Robin Fiscus is an Audiologist who has recently opened her own practice. It is an exciting time, and the new office is alive with the energy of joyful anticipation. Opening a new practice takes lots of hard work, but is also very fulfilling.
Robin is very passionate about her work.

Simply Hear has a mission to improve the quality of life for people with hearing needs. Robin is dedicated to this goal and provides each patient with personal and professional care. She is excited about having the opportunity to help people hear all of the sounds in life. She tests hearing and programs customized modern amplification devices as well as helping educate people about how to protect their hearing, and prevent hearing loss. Robin is an excellent listener, and truly cares about the needs of her patients.
People with hearing loss can feel overwhelmed with daily tasks, often asking for repetition, and missing much of their families conversation. They can feel withdrawn and isolated from others. It can be a huge factor in depression. "It becomes easier for people to withdraw from family,friends, and social functions if a person can't hear the conversation. It can become very lonely for people." Robin says.
Robin was raised in Alaska and has had the opportunity to travel in many countries around the globe, including New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Tibet.

She has worked in the field of Audiology since 2004. She received her degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wyoming, her Master of Science in
Audiology from the University of Hawaii, and her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University.
