We are a full service company, providing custom, personally designed and integrated products to best serve you since 1969. Our “Corporate Dad” and Founder, Jim Buchholz, has been personally invested in creating solutions for the Dictation Business for the past 60 years since he was 17. Central Voice, Inc. and now is the heart and soul of Jim Buchholz and his passion for this business.
Our dictation, transcription and communication business consists of sales, service and support, including remote support of digital dictation equipment, dictation systems, solutions and dictation servers, as well as our Cloud Hosting and hosted dictation and transcription services. We provide court recording systems and solutions, and also still provide analog equipment and services for those who have not “gone digital”. Medical or legal transcription services are also available through God’s Touch Transcription to accommodate all your needs.
Our Phoenix Enterprise Servers are fully featured, comprehensive, simple, user friendly and yet, still affordable. We offer the least expensive Enterprise dictation server software on the market in our Phoenix product! Phoenix Enterprise Server Software is also available for installation on your Virtual server! We are proud to offer one of the most reliable telephone call-in servers still available, as well as our VS Recorder telephony speech card for add-on dictation call-in options.
We carry the most versatile, interactive software transcription players in our iChannel products, iChannel Suite & iChannel Express, as well as our iNet3 players. These players allow automation via your network or the internet and coupled with the use of our DSS Extractor Pro download and File Runner software, dictation and transcription can be uploaded and transcribed on-site, off-site or virtually anywhere.
To accommodate any of your needs, we offer the option of the Olympus DS7000 and Philips DPM8000 digital handheld recorders for dictating, as well as PC dictation options such as the DAC PC Dictate line-up. Our Phoenix Talk iPhone and Android Apps are also a great way for 24/7 communication that is automated, and with our apps, you can choose what secretary, assistant, work type or office location you want to direct the work to. You can even include a medical record, case, client or matter number for easy search capability from the Personal Navigator.
For use with Nuance, we also offer the DAC Pedal Pro software for customized Dragon foot pedal and foot control operation!
Another one of our specialties is the large treadle pedal foot control, either 3-button or 4-button, USB or other plug sizes, to operate dictate stations that are communicating with hospital servers, or transcription services or companies, for Pathology and Radiology departments, including our popular waterproof pedals. Of course, the backbone of that, are the DAC DA-113 and other analog / digital desktop stations, available with barcode readers, which allow the doctors to start-stop hands free for ease of use. Some of our pedals include the IN110, IN125, FP110USB and specialty pedals such as the FP5000 or FP7000 download foot pedals for Olympus.
We also carry gooseneck and lapel microphones, handsfree microphones, conference mics, Philips SpeechMike’s, Olympus DR mikes, telephone recording adapters, Voice Solutions Call Logger software, Record-A-Call software and more.
