The Patterson Building, built in 1923, has been family owned and operated since 1994. We the owners take great pride and put forth tremendous effort and money to maintain the original beauty of this historic building. Through good times and bad, the Patterson Building has been a pillar of life in the Downtown area. We believe in Fresno and especially Downtown. Downtown Fresno was once, and is on its way back to being, one of California's leading downtown cities. Many businesses are moving back Downtown.
