Our main headquarters is located on the West side of Saint Paul. From Minneapolis take I-94E to the Marion Street exit and keep right on Kellogg. Follow Kellogg to Smith Avenue and turn right. Awards:
Through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines’ Affordable Housing Program BankCherokee along with Community Neighborhood Housing Services was awarded $159,000 of the $459,000 in total grant funds to rehabilitate St. Paul neighborhood homes, making them safer and more energy efficient for families that otherwise may not have been able to afford the work required to make them safe and livable.
