Congregation Beth Am Israel’s Executive Director is our senior administrative professional and is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Congregation’s administrative and financial affairs. The Executive Director is an integral member of our leadership team, functioning as a peer with the Rabbi, Hazzan, Education Director and the Board President and collaborating with these colleagues to achieve the synagogue’s mission. The Executive Director also works closely with and supports the efforts of our active lay leadership and community volunteers and oversees a small administrative and custodial staff.
