Responsibilities: •Receive and send DHS/DSS client related information to assigned Case Managers and DIrect Care Supervisors, and establish a file system of storage on each Waiver client for reference later when needed. •Assist with processing time sheets for payroll, sending confirmations to implementers and processing (organizing and distributing) case notes by month •Receive ABC and night logs, organize, copy, distribute and file. •Client receipts: Receive and organize, compare to bank statements, and report any that are missing, mark the ones received on statement and look for any discrepancies. •Collect paystubs to be mailed and file local ones. •Disseminate applications to those who ask at front desk and answer the simple question or refer to HR if unsure •Collect and distribute daily mail •Intercept complaints by phone or in person: i.e. shredding (general redirecting with right number and contact info), recycling, store related, timesheets etc. •Call board members for a Board meeting reminder and to get attendance count every two months. •Call for clients that need to leave for different reasons •Direct phone calls •Hand out client checks, making sure the form is completed correctly. •If needed assist implementers on paperwork, payroll procedures, and how we generally operate and keep all necessary forms copied and available in the foyer file cabinet •Complete filing for assigned counselors and other request from counselors such as faxing, copying, mailing, phone contacts, ect •Must have valid driver's license and liability coverage •Must possess or be able to pass First Aid and CPR •All other duties as assigned.
